A Goa'uld Staff Weapon, better known as a staff weapon, is a handheld energy weapon on the TV series Stargate SG-1. The weapon was first seen in the Stargate movie, and was used by Ra's guards. Staff weapons are used most by the Jaffa, and a version of the staff weapon is also used by the Sodan.

The staff weapon uses a more powerful form of energy than the zat'ni'katel. It is powered by a small cell containing liquid naquadah. The staff weapon is designed to terrorize and, while deadly, is not as accurate in aim as Earth's projectile weapons.

When not being fired, the staff weapon is used by Jaffa as a close combat staff. Jaffa are trained to fight with it in a similar manner as bo staffs are used by martial artists.
