Geraint Wyn Davies (April 20, 1957 Swansea, Wales - ) is a Welsh-Canadian actor. He is best known as tortured vampire/detective Nick Night in the Forever Knight TV series. He also co-starred with Adrian Paul in the series, Tracker. Davies' family moved to Canada in the early 1960s. He attended Upper Canada College and following his graduation, moved on to the University of Western Ontario intending to study business and economics. He was drawn to acting and pursued it as a career. He also expanded into writing, directing, and producing and formed his own production company, Roundtable Films.
His career began on stage at nineteen. During the mid 70's he appeared in productions of Red Emma, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. Following his Quebec City stage appearances, he moved on to London's Centre Stage Theatre Company. He performed for eight seasons building his reputation as an actor in plays such as The Music Cure, Candida and Henry V. His stage career took him to Los Angeles, Toronto, and Wales and won him awards for Best Actor from the Regional Theatre and a Garland award from Backstage West.
His television and film career began in the late 70s on Canadian series such as So the Story Goes, In Their Shoes and For the Record. He has had recurring roles The Littlest Hobo, The Judge, Airwolf, Dracula: The Series, Black Harbour, The Outer Limits, Tracker, and Slings and Arrows. In the mid-2000s he appeared in the fifth season of 24.
He has continued to work in the genre throughout his career. Other genre roles include: Puppets Who Kill; Cube 2: Hypercube; and Trilogy of Terror II.
