Gary Owens <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span> Gary Owens (May 10, 1936 Mitchell, South Dakota - ) is an American voice artist and announcer. Best known as the hand-to-his-ear announcer of Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, Owens has brought his "so earnest it's funny" delivery to many cartoons. He has been the voice of such heroes as Roger Ramjet, Space Ghost, and the Blue Falcon. He voiced the 1950s version of Batman in Batman: Gotham Knights.
