Freyr is a fictional character belonging to the Stargate universe.

Freyr is an Asgard leader. He is the head of the Asgard High Council, although he tends to take the advice of other Asgard, especially Thor. While Freyr does not show the same respect for the humans of Earth as Thor, he does ask for their assistance and even offers his help on occasion.
