Freddie Highmore <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>  Freddie Highmore (b. February 14, 1992, London, England, UK) is an English child actor who may be best known for playing Charlie Bucket in the 2005 movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Highmore made his movie debut in Walking on the Moon though his scenes did not appear in the final cut. He has since appeared in more notable work including The Mists of Avalon, and a starring role in Arthur and the Minimoys. In 2007, Highmore completed The Spiderwick Chronicles which was scheduled to make its theatrical debut in 2008 along with the animated film Eddie Dickens and the Awful End which was scheduled to open in fall 2008.
