Frank Welker (February 16, 1945 Denver, Colorado - ) is an American voice artist.

Having appeared in more than 500 productions (and as more than 20 different species), Welker has one of the most extensive resumes of any voice artist. His work for different studios has enabled him to appear in many universes, from Star Trek to the X-Files to Batman (as both Isis the Cat and Ace the Bathound). Abu in Disney's Aladdin is just one of the many monkeys he has done.

Besides animal work, he has also been a narrator on many cartoons and the voice of Freddy on Scooby-Doo.
