Francis Matthews (b. September 2, 1927 York, Yorkshire, England) British film and TV actor who co-starred with Boris Karloff and Christopher Lee in Corridors of Blood (1958) and made a somewhat ineffectual hero in such Hammer horrors as The Revenge of Frankenstein (1958), Rasputin the Mad Monk (1965) and Dracula Prince of Darkness (1966). He was the voice of Captain Scarlet for the 1967 Gerry Anderson puppet series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons.
