Faith Lehane is a fictional character on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel created by Joss Whedon and portrayed by Eliza Dushku. Following the death of Slayer, Kendra Young, Faith was activated as a slayer. She made her way to Sunnydale where the differences between her and Buffy were made dramatically clear. Faith is a darker character, with a darker past. She was driven by inner demons that eventually lead her to side with evil.

Faith redeemed herself with the assistance of Angel and returned to fighting as a slayer on the behalf of good.

It's usually best to give a very general overview to a story first, then plot details. When including the plot or essential details in your article (which could ruin the pleasure of discovery for some readers), it is important to include the spoiler tag before any give-away material.
