Executive Producers are centrally involved in the making of TV, both TV Series and TV Movies and also in the making of Movies. On TV projects, the Executive Producer is often the person who controls all aspects of concept development, script writing, choice of director and location, schedule for rehearsals and final production and then editing. In Movies, the Executuve Producer is an influential figure in the decision-making but usually does not have complete control of the process.
