On the reimagined series Battlestar Galactica, Elosha is a priestess played by Lorena Gale. She was first seen in the miniseries attending the decommissioning ceremony for the Battlestar Galactica. When the Cylons attacked, Elosha was on route to Caprica on the Colonial Heavy 798. She later presided over the funeral service honoring those who had died on Galactica.

Though outwardly faithful, Elosha had her doubts about the truth of the scrolls. Her faith was renewed when she learned President Laura Roslin was having visions that indicated she might be the leader spoken of by the ancient Oracle, Pythia. Her knowledge of the scrolls made her the perfect choice for Roslin's spiritual advisor. She is the fourth person told of Roslin's terminal breast cancer which further confirmed her belief that Roslin was the dying leader who would lead them to Earth.

Elosha joined Roslin and several others on their expedition to Kobol to find and open the Tomb of Athena. She warned the expedition that the price for their mission would be paid in blood as mentioned by Zeus. While on Kobol, she examined an ancient gravestone and accidentally set off a landmine left behind by Cylon Centurions. Elosha was killed instantly.
