Eight Legged Freaks is a 2002 comedic scifi horror film directed by Ellory Elkayem.

Synopsis

A rural mining town becomes overrun by giant spiders when a chemical spill causes the tiny creatures to mutate overnight. The creatures are now the size of a small truck. Mining engineer Chris McCormack (David Arquette) and Sheriff Samantha Parker (Kari Wuhrer) do their best to gather a group of townspeople to fight off the vicious hungry creature. Among the group are Parkers two children Ashley (Scarlett Johansson) and Mike (Scott Terra).
