Eden first appears in the series as a neighbor of Dr. Chandra Suresh. Eden meets Mohinder Suresh when he takes over his father's apartment following his death. She claims she was a good friend of Chandra's. It is later revealed that she actually works for Mr. Bennet. When Mohinder decides to return to India, she flirts with him and assures him he will return.

Later, on Mr. Bennet's orders, Eden brings Isaac Mendez and all his paintings to Mr. Bennet's work place in Texas where she helps him overcome his addiction to heroine. When he proves unable to paint the future without the drug, Mr. Bennet orders her to give it to him. She initially balks but gives in. Eden is revealed to have persuasive powers. She uses her abilities to take down Sylar with the help of the mysterious Hatian man.

Determined that keeping Sylar alive was wrong, Eden made a call to Mohinder Suresh telling him she had to take care of something. She visited Sylar in his cell and attempted to kill him. He got the upper hand however, and to prevent him from taking her power she shot herself in the head.

Mohinder was informed of Eden's death by an FBI agent who identified her as Sarah Ellis. Her body was discovered in Lake Ramsey outside Ontario, Canada and authorities believed her death to be a suicide.
