The Earth Alliance is the government of Earth in the Babylon 5 TV series. The Earth Alliance is structured similarly to modern American government with legislative and executive branches. The Earth Alliance is also the central authority over all Earth-held territories and colonies. The capitol, called Earth-Dome, is located in Geneva, Switzerland.
