Dragonball is a 2009 adaptation of the popular Japanese anime franchise and manga created by Akira Toriyama. Justin Chatwin stars as Goku. Rounding out the cast is James Marsters as Piccolo, Emmy Rossum as Bulma and Chow Yun Fat as Master Roshi. Originally set to be released on August 15, 2008, the film was pushed back to 2009 to avoid competition with other big releases on the same date.

Synopsis

A young boy, Goku, is sent by his grandfather (Randall Duk Kim) on a quest to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls and stop the alien, Piccolo, from fulfilling his plan to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world.
