Dino is a purple snorkasaurus, and is one of the family pets of The Flintstones. While he generally behaves like a dog (to the point of licking people and jumping up on them when they come home), he is quite capable of speech. In the episode when he is captured by Fred and Barney, he is voiced in imitation of Phil Silvers.
