Dean Haglund (b. July 29, 1965, Oak Bank, Manitoba, Canada) is a Canadian actor best known for his role on The X-Files and The Lone Gunmen as Richard 'Ringo' Langly. Haglund began appearing on television in the mid 90s. His early roles include appearances on Street Justice and The Commish. He made his debut on The X-Files in 1994, playing a conspiracy theorist. The popularity of his character alongside fellow "Lone Gunmen" Bruce Harwood, and Tom Braidwood led to their own short-lived series. Haglund has also appeared on Sliders, and RoboCop: Alpha Commando. Following his run as Richard Langley, he has appeared in the films The Face of Terror, Spectres alongside Marina Sirtis, Dead & Deader and Nightmare Carnival.
