David Webb Peoples (b. 1950, Middletown, Connecticut) is an Academy Award-nominated screenwriter who has contributed to several well known genre films. Among his best known films are Blade Runner and Twelve Monkeys. Other notable genre contributions include Ladyhawke, The Blood of Heroes, Fatal Sky, and soldier.
