Dan Aykroyd (b. July 1, 1952, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) is an Oscar-nominated Canadian actor who is well remembered for his roles in Blues Brothers, also the name of a band in which her performs, and genre performances in Ghostbusters and its sequel, as well as Coneheads and My Stepmother Is an Alien.
Aykroyd is also known for his interest in UFOs and the paranormal.
