DRADIS (Direction RAnge and DIStance) is a fictional technology on the series Battlestar Galactica used for navigation, tracking, and identification. It is similar to radar and is used to detect vessels and other objects in space. It has also been shown to be capable of detecting radiation signatures, planetary bodies, and water sources.
