The Defense Intelligence Agency is the US military department which handles military intelligence. Its military affiliation is one of the things that separate it from the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency).

Since it is not as well known as the CIA or FBI, there have not been a lot of fictionalizations of the DIA.

The DIA has been mentioned as being involved with UFOs.
