Cowboy Bebop

Cowboy Bebop is a Japanese anime series created by Sunrise. The series was directed by Shinichiro Watanabe who has also worked on Samurai Champloo. The series follows the adventures of four bounty hunters traveling on board a space ship in the year 2071. In addition to the series, Cowboy Bebop has expanded to include a film, Knockin' on Heaven's Door, two manga series as well as PlayStation video games. Cowboy Bebop aired twelve episodes on TV Tokyo from April 3, 1998 to May 16, 1998. The complete series aired on WOWOW from October 23, 1998 to April 23, 1999.
