Comic Strips are Comics that are done in horizontal panels, usually three or four, and published daily in newspapers. Many of the classic Comics either started out as Comic Strips or were also published in that form.

The strips are sometimes collected into Comic books but are more often collected into books, either mass market or trade paperback sized.
