Charles Berlitz (November 20, 1914 New York City, New York - December 18, 2003) was an American paranormal author.

He popularized the term and idea of The Bermuda Triangle with his very successful book of the same name. He introduced The Philadelphia Experiment story. His book on The Roswell Incident (with William Moore) was the first full-length account.
