Champ is the lake monster of Lake Champlain.

Hundreds of sightings have been recorded, but in a rarity for lake monsters, there is also one striking photograph. It was taken by Sandra Mansi in 1977. It is a clear enough image that the only two likely explanations are a hoax or a lake monster.
