Cassie Donleavy is a fictional character on the series The 4400 portrayed by Tristin Leffler. Cassie first appeared in the season 4 premier "Wrath of Graham" as an art student. She met Kyle Baldwin and the two had a conversation regarding his cousin Shawn Farrell.

Cassie suggested that a dose of pomicin may wake Kyle's cousin from his coma. When he took her suggestion and it proved successful he attempted to find her but found no evidence of her existence. Cassie later reappeared with news that she was Kyle's promicin-induced ability, there to guide him in bringing heaven to Earth as foretold in the writings of the White Light Cult. Cassie guided Kyle to join Jordan Collier and his crusade to bring promicin to the world. Her directions and his own faith in Collier have pit him against his cousin, Shawn and father Tom.

Cassie comes and goes. Its uncertain whether she appears at Kyle's conscious request or simply shows up when she feels he needs direction. Though Kyle often doubts her directions, he nevertheless follows them. He guided her to find Isabelle Tyler and the two have become increasingly close. Cassie believes Isabelle plays a vital part in their plans though she has yet to reveal what that is.
