Canadian TV consists of shows (series, specials, etc.) filmed in or set in Canada.

Lexx, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia and half funded by a German film company is well-known for it's quirky Scifi humour. Originally owned by Salter Street productions, then Alliance Atlantis and currently being bought by Can-West, its future in reruns is still under consideration. The original series ran for 4 seasons, another 3 years of reruns, and featured Canadian and German cast members, Michael McManus (Kai), Brian Downey (Stanley Tweedle) and Xenia Seeberg (Xev Bellringer, and Jeffrey Hirschfield (790 and writer). Originally conceived by Paul Donovan, Lex Gigeroff and Jeffrey Hirschfield, who have also worked on numerous other projects.
