Bruce Campbell (b. June 22, 1958, Birmingham, Michigan) American leading man and producer, best known for his portrayal as the long-suffering Ash in Sam Raimi’s zombie trilogy, The Evil Dead (1982), Evil Dead II (1987) and Army of Darkness (1992). On TV he played the eponymous Western hero in The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. (1993-1994) before being briefly put under contract by Walt Disney. For Disney he had a supporting role in Sky High playing Coach Boomer. He also played Elvis in Bubba Ho-Tep. His friendship with Raimi also led to a brief cameo in Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man 3.
Xena/Hercules fans also know him as Autolycus, a dashing thief.
In 2007, he was a regular on the TV series Burn Notice.
