Brian Yuzna

Brian Yuzna (b. 1949) Philippines-born American producer and director. Having scored a hit with Stuart Gordon’s Re-Animator (1985), he directed the sequel, Bride of Re-Animator (aka Re-Animator 2, 1988), himself. Since then his usually direct-to-video credits have included Society (1989), Silent Night, Deadly Night 4: Initiation (1990), Silent Night, Deadly Night 5: The Toy Maker (1991), Guyver (aka Mutronics, 1991), Ticks (1993), Return of the Living Dead III (1993), Necronomicon (1993), Progeny (1998) and Dagon (2001). He also co-wrote the original story for Walt Disney’s Honey, I Shrunk the Kid (1989) and produced the short-lived TV series Tarzan the Epic Adventures (1996) and Conan (1997.
