Brian Finch

James Brian Finch (b. July 25, 1936June 27, 2007) is a British TV screenwriter from Wigan, Lancashire, England. Finch began his work in television in the 1960s. Though not known primarily for genre work he has ventured into science fiction with the 1970s British series The Tomorrow People, and wrote and episode of the series The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne, Rockets of the Dead. His other work includes the series All Creatures Great and Small, Bergerac, Hetty Wainthrop Investigates, and Heartbeat.
