Brave New World: Ravaged Planet is a 2009 film based on the role-playing game Ravaged Planet - The Brave New World. The film is slated for a 2009 release.
Premise
In 1976 super villains obliterated the city of Chicago. Some of the survivors have developed unusual powers and are forced to work for the government or go underground. The city has since been rebuilt and is now known as Crescent City. The city is also the batleground of the superhero group known as "the Defiance" who fight against sanctioned operatives, "Delta Prime". Delta Prime manages to capture the Defiance leader, "Patriot" and his friends must rescue him from the world's most secure prison before he is executed.
