Bouncing Boy is fictional comic book character who is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes published by DC Comics.

In the far-flung 30th century, Chuck Taine was a delivery boy and a bit of a compulsive eater. On a delivery, he stopped to watch a robogladiator game and absent-mindedly reached for a soda. Instead of the soda, he accidently drank the experimental serum he was supposed to deliver to the local lab. The serum gave him the ability to inflate his body into a large spongy form that can bounce and ricochet off surfaces without hurting himself.

Chuck was first rejected for Legion membership because his power seemed comical and extraneous. When he defeated an electrical villain by using his power to keep himself from being grounded, he proved himself and was inducted into the Legion of Super-Heroes.

Bouncing Boy has been linked romantically to fellow Legionnaire, Triplicate Girl.
