The Birds of Prey are a fictional organization published in a comic book by DC Comics.

The Birds of Prey is a collection of female agents put together by Oracle, the former Batgirl. It includes members such as Black Canary, Huntress, and Lady Blackhawk. Other female heroes, such as Power Girl, Big Barda (of the New Gods), Gypsy, Manhunter, Hawkgirl, and Vixen have also served as operatives.

Oracle, a computer and information gathering genius, discovers wrongs needed to be righted, and develops missions for her operatives with whom she maintains almost constant contact, providing logistical, informational, and strategical support. Her first headquarters was an old clock tower in Gotham City, Oracle now operates from the top floors of the Dalten Tower in Metropolis, within view of the Daily Planet Building.

During the Fall 2002 season, there was a short lived live action TV Series (Birds of Prey (TV series)) starring Dina Meyer that was based on the comic.
