Summary

Radioactive waste dumped in the ocean awakens a prehistoric sea monster able to project electricity and radioactive beams. The creature terrorizes the English coast but scientists soon realize that their attempts to destroy the creature could contaminate the entire country with deadly radiation. The military are forced to watch without action as the creature approaches London.
