Audrey Hanson is a fictional character on the TV Series Heroes played by Clea DuVall.

Audrey is an FBI agent on the trail of a serial killer known only as Sylar. At a murder scene in L.A., officer Matt Parkman finds the only survivor of the horrifying scene, Molly Walker hiding in a closet. Hanson is suspicious and arrests Parkman on the suspicion that he may be involved in the crime after he says the name Sylar in connection to the crime. Parkman eventually reveals that his finding the girl and hearing about Sylar came to him as a result of his telepathic abilities. He proves his skill to her and she decides she could use his help.

When a man in a baseball cap attempts to take Molly from FBI custody she chases him down but he fights back with unusual abilities. He almost forces her to kill herself with her own gun. Only Parkman's intervention saves her life.

Audrey and Matt follow a lead from another murder to the home of Theodore Sprague whom they suspect may be Sylar. Inside the home they discover high amounts of radiation and pills for the treatment of cancer. They follow the address on the pills to the hospital and find Karen Sprague dying of cancer and her husband nearby. Sprague admits to committing the murder by accident and reveals an ability to emit radiation from his body.

Matt is able to calm him and they later interrogate him. In the process they learn more about Matt's abilities. Sprague is taken into the custody of Homeland Security but Audrey calls Matt later to inform him that Sprague escaped.

Audrey and Matt later investigated the murder of cheerleader Jackie Wilcox in Odessa, Texas, also attributed to Sylar. While there, Matt became convinced that the Primatech Paper company was a front for more sinister operations. A swat team was brought in but found nothing, embarrassing Audrey in front of her colleagues and superiors. As a result, Audrey broke contact with Matt.
