Synopsis

Part 1 of 2. The Doctor and Rose return to contemporary London to find that thousands of "Ghosts" have appeared around the world. The populace has largely been seduced by these newcomers, convinced that they are dear departed relatives and friends. The Doctor, however, suspects that there is more to these entities than meets the eye. Who are they really and what is behind their sudden appearance?
