The Apollo is a Daedalus class battle cruiser in the Stargate universe. The ship is captained by Col. Abe Ellis and first appeared in the Stargate Atlantis episode "First Strike". In the episode, the ship was used to deploy a weapon capable of taking out multiple targets on the Asuran homeworld.

The ship was next seen in "Lifeline" in the search for Atlantis. Under the direction of Col. Samantha Carter and Doctor Bill Lee the ship's system's were cannibalized to extend its scanning range. The Apollo ultimately found and rescued Col. John Sheppard and his team from their mission to the Asuran homeworld.

In the episode "Be All My Sins Remember'd", Apollo and Daedalus teamed up to destroy as many Replicator vessels as possible. They later battled alongside Travelers and Wraith vessels to destroy the Asurans and their homeworld.
