Anthony Hopkins <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span> Anthony Hopkins (December 31, 1937 West Glamorgan, Wales - ) is a Welsh actor. He won an Oscar for his iconic role as the psychologically manipulative serial killer, Hannibal Lechter in Silence of the Lambs. He played the vampire-hunting Van Helsing (opposite Gary Oldman's Count Dracula) for Francis Ford Coppola. He worked with Mick Jagger in Freejack.
