Anna Paquin (b. July 24, 1982, Winnipeg, Manitoba) is an Academy Award-winning Canadian actress. Paquin won an Oscar at 11 for her performance in The Piano alongside Jodie Foster. She has since appeared in a number of notable films including the X-Men film series as Rogue and the horror films, Darkness and Trick 'r Treat.
Paquin has filmed a pilot for the HBO series True Blood and in 2008 will appear in the film Metamorphosis
