Anna-Louise Plowman (b. 1975, New Zealand) is an actress best known for her role on the series Stargate SG-1 as Osiris. Plowman is a graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and the Lecoq School in Paris. She made her film debut in FairyTale: A True Story in 1997. She has also appeared on the series Seven Days, The Foreigner', Shanghai Knights, and Doctor Who.
