Andrew Offutt (born August 16, 1934, Kentucky - ) is an American science fiction and fantasy author. He has written under the names Andrew J. Offutt, A. J. Offutt, Andy Offut, Jeff Douglas, Farrah Fawkes, Baxter Giles, John X. Williams, Turk Winter, and John Cleve.

Offutt has written fantasy, science fiction, and erotica. He has also worked as an editor for the Swords Against Darkness (1977-1979) series of fantasy anthologies.
