On the series Stargate SG-1, the Ancient healing cube is a technological device devised by the Ancients and discovered by Doctors Daniel Jackson and Bill Lee in the ruins of a Central American temple. The device was used by the Goa'uld Tel'chak who replicated the technology in the form of the Sarcophagus. The healing cube is able to heal, restore life and even animate dead tissue. The energy the cube releases is incredibly powerful but has negative effects on the human body driving men to madness and megalomania.

Anubis warred against Tel'chak to gain the technology but did not as it was hidden on Earth. Hidden beneath a waterfall in Honduras, the device became the source of the myth of the fountain of youth. After his ascension he was able to reproduce the technology which he then used to animate his army of Kull Warriors. After analyzing the cube discovered in Honduras, the Tau'ri and the Tok'ra were able to create a device capable of counteracting the life-giving energy of the healing cube, allowing them to defeat Kull warriors.
