Amber Valetta <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span> Amber Valletta (b. February 9, 1974 in Phoenix, Arizona) is an American model turned actress. Valletta grew up in Oklahoma and began modeling at fifteen when her mother enrolled her in modeling school. Valletta appeared on magazine covers and walked runways for top designers before turning to acting. Her breakout role came in 2000 in the film What Lies Beneath, which starred Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfeiffer. She followed up with roles in The Family Man, Perfume, Duplex, Raising Helen', The Transporter 2, and Hitch. Other roles include The Last Time, Premonition, Dead Silence, My Sexiest Year and Days of Wrath.
