Amber Rose Tamblyn (May 14, 1983, Santa Monica, California) is a Golden Globe-nominated American actress best known for her role on the series Joan of Arcadia as a teen who hears god. The role earned her a Saturn Award and Emmy and Golden Globe nominations.

Tamblyn was born to actor Russ Tamblyn and Bonnie Murray. She made her film debut in 1995 appearing in Rebellious and Live Nude Girls. She made her genre debut in Johnny Mysto: Boy Wizard and has since appeared in a gew genre productions. In 2001, she guest starred on Buffy the Vampire Slayer , and The Twilight Zone. Her film roles include The Ring, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Grudge 2, Blackout and the upcoming films The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 and Safety Glass.
