Alfred Gough (August 22, 1967 Leonardtown, Maryland) is a screenwriter and producer credited with the creation of the series Smallville alongside Miles Millar. Gough began writing for television in the late 90s, working on the series Timecop and Martial Law. Gough also contributed to the films Lethal Weapon 4, Shanghai Noon, Spider-Man 2, and the unaired pilot, for Aquaman. Gough is a writer and producer of Smallville, currently in it's seventh season.
In August, 2008, the film The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, which Gough wrote with Millar makes its debut. The film is the third film in the series beginning with the 1999 film The Mummy.
