Alex Gansa is a television writer and producer who started his writing career writing episodes for such series as Spenser: For Hire, The Wizard and Beauty and the Beast. Gansa also wrote several episodes of The X-Files on which he also served as a supervising producer. Gansa is a writer and executive producer of the CBS series Numb3rs.
