Abra Kadabra is a member of the Flash's Rogues Gallery (referred to as the Rogues for short), a very select group of villains created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino during the Silver Age Flash's first couple of years.

Abhararakadhararbarakh was a stage magician from the 64th century, where science is so advanced that stage magic was obsolete. Any illusion was easily achieved through everyday practices. Craving the attention and applause, Abra traveled back in time, feeling it would be easy to for him to impress a 20th century audience with 64th century science. With him, every crime is staged like a magician’s illusion.
