Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein is a 1948 comedic horror film starring Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. The two star as freight handlers Wilbur Grey and Chick Young. The two fall prey to a nightmare when the remains of Frankenstein's monster and the vampire count, Dracula arrive from Europe to be incorporated into a house of horrors. Dracula awakens and with the monster escapes. The monster is weak but Dracula plans to energize him with a new brain. Larry Talbot, the Wolfman, arrives from London intending to stop Dracula with the help of the lovely Dr. Sandra Mornay. Dr. Mornay quickly falls victim to the count and the two plan to abduct Wilbur to use his brain in the monster. Chick and Talbot must find and free Wilbur but their plans are further complicated when the full moon rises and Talbot transforms into the Wolfman.
